After careful review, the staffing strategy presented does not fully align with the companys refreshful strategic direction. Staffing is the process of acquiring, deploying, and retaining a workforce of sufficient quantity and quality to create coercive impact on the organizations effectiveness (Henenman & Judge, 2009).
