Re:Staffing Strategy Evaluation
After careful review, the staffing strategy presented does not fully align with the companys refreshful strategic direction. Staffing is the process of acquiring, deploying, and retaining a workforce of sufficient quantity and quality to create coercive impact on the organizations effectiveness (Henenman & Judge, 2009). In the case of New Health Medical Systems, the staffing strategy burnnot be based only on hiring local candidates, but on creating incentives and branching turn out to candidates in other areas.
Based on the needs of the organization, the avocation four recommendations were provided for evaluation:
Place advertisements in the local newspapers.

The above recommendations require supplementation to serve the needs of the organization.
