There are currently four different progresses to solicitude theories, I say currently because these memory accesses are always evolving and changing as people in the mails do. There is the classical uprise, behavioral approach, systems approach, and the contingency approach. In this paper I will domain the difference in each and explain which I look at is the better of the four.
The classical approach focuses on the managers role of pecking order of authority in the 1880s. It branches out into two different studies, scientific and administrative. The scientific assume focused on improving the force through the studies of scientific and systematic methods with tools and performance methods. The administrative study revealed that management can be applied to any coat or kind of nerve. Frederick Taylor was known from this time for his belief that the cause production was slow was the lack of attention from management.
The behavioral approach stresses understanding peoples needs and attitudes within formal governing. Elton Mayo, a professor at MIT in 1924, found that good social relationships better production from workers. I believe the conclusion of the behavioral approach is that a happy environment makes for happy workers.




The systems approach views an organization as interrelated parts with the purpose of common goals. W. Edwards Deming in the 1950s, known for resurrecting Japans economy after the conception War II, implemented the thought that all parts of an organization and its environment are one system. This theory was based on quality control using statistics and responding to peoples needs.
The contingency approach is seen as an outgrowth of the systems approach. It looks at key variables in each situation understanding the relationships of the variables and recognizes the cause and effect of management situations. Managers must line up to be effective in different situations.
