Course Description
This course in organisational style encompasses the study of individual and group behavior in
organizational settings. Emphasis is placed on strategic elements of organizational behavior, workforce
diversity, managing change, effective communication, and performance systems. A comprehensive review of
these processes, as well as others, will allow pupils to examine their part in organizations.
We will meet at the Northwest Campus from 6:00PM to 10:00PM on Mondays, 2/27, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19 and
3/26/12.
