In the previous assignment the socialisation of Walt Disney was cultured. It was too established the role of communication plays in perception to Walt Disney’s organisational culture. Within organizations many aspects of the culture of that organization differ. Due to different personalities and views leaders style is among many differences which may affect group communication. When dealing with leadership styles three major leadership styles are distinguished. The first leadership style is the authoritarian. This eccentric of leadership style is used when leaders tell their employees what they want done, and how they want it accomplished without any advice or input from their followers. Employees tend to see this type of leadership style as “being bossed around”, and a highly unprofessional leadership style. It is clear that an authoritarian leadership style could be detrimental to an organization like Walt Disney.
