Best Buy is The US based primary electronics retail store operates nationally and internationally. This document presents an outlook to a guidance strategy of Best Buy, Results Only Work Environment (or ROWE), which is where employees ar paid for productivity, not just activity. Program focuses on exploit instead of solely being at work.
