This was quite a revelation, as although most of the responses were positive, quite a few things were repeated by all responders. These being that I lack faith in myself and that I back some sequences come across as being quire nippy with people.
Several other assessments were taken showing what my learning way of life is and also how proficient, or should I say, incompetent my study skills are.
winning all of this information into consideration, I then developed my PDP and tack out my goals and created an action plan.
I decided to concentrate on 4 main areas, these being Time Management, General written report Skills which I set out then broken down into small areas of understanding, Interpersonal/communication skills and finally Stress Management.
Although I pee only highlighted 4 areas, there are a reduce of points to consider.
TIME MANAGEMENT
When I first started this course I dont debate I really apprehended how much time would be needed, this has reflected in how I accept approached my first two assignments, basically leaving them to the last minute.
I now look at how much I halt and when the time is available.
Keep a to do list call on and study
Give rewards for completed tasks especially if the task has been an unpleasant one
yield to set timely goals
Started to break assignments down
STUDY SKILLS
None of these have been achieved, as I believe these are going to be a work in progress.
I have never worked to this level academically and at the moment have infinitesimal faith in what I believe I displace achieve.
Bought the study skills handbook regularly refer to when tackling assignments
Asked colleagues to look at their assignments to get idea for layout and how assignments have been written
