Abstract
This paper will reason the goal setting process, competitive advantage of using the transformation Index, and the types of high- mathematical operation reward systems that should be used to motivate employees to sift their diversity goals at Allstate Insurance Company. Allstate Insurance Company acknowledges and value the ways in which its workforce is different, including age, national origin, sexual orientation, visible ability, religion, race, gender, family status, work and life styles. Allstate is ensureing for hard-hitting ways to rectify their performance goals. Its executives have found that Allstates diversity system has become one of its most important weapons. Allstate takes to cultivate the likely for excellence in all its workers by providing them the tools, resources, and opportunities to succeed. Managers at Allstate posture diversity as a process that is integrated into the day-to-day life of the company. Allstate has taken four specific steps to encounter diversity. These steps include succession programming, development, measurement, and accountability and reward. Employees take a survey called the Diversity Index.
As a part of a larger online survey and feedback process called the Quarterly Leadership bar System (QLMS), the results of this survey create action programs to solve problems and mitigate work processes.

Allstate is a company that continues to look for ways to improve their performance and achieve corporate goals (Hellriegel/Slocum 2011).
